Android studio 1.0.2 keeps crashing, how to fix it?

I just can’t work normally with android studio, after a while the program closes stupidly (as if the process is closed through the task manager, once it disappears).
4GB RAM, and a 500GB hard drive, plenty of space
studio.exe.vmoptions:

-server
-Xms128m
-Xmx512m
-XX:MaxPermSize=250m
-XX:ReservedCodeCacheSize=64m
....

Xms changed to 256 and Xmx 1024 = useless 0
