Android: sim card emulation?

Due to the lack of sim slots on the phone (and money for another phone), the idea arose of emulating a SIM card on the Android OS. After all, as I understand it, there is nothing particularly "magic" on the SIM card. According to the wiki, Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) is a subscriber identification module. A SIM card has the following characteristics: ICCID, IMSI, CC, Operator, SPN, MSISDN (number).
Are there ready-made utilities (emulating the connection of a SIM card without physically connecting the module), and if not, then hint to read (I'll write it myself ..)

There is nothing special about the SIM, except for private keys and its own processor.
Alternatively, you can purchase a Bluetooth phone without a screen and buttons.
