Android log highlighting outside IDE?

Situation: the customer writes that the application is crashing and sends logs.
Aggravating moment: logs in 100500 lines.
Question: how can I normally highlight the logs and filter them, for example, as in DDMS?
Addendum: maybe there is a plugin for Sublime somewhere? I did not find…
