Android: Is manual payment against google rules?
If you do something like in the application - "to get some functionality, transfer a certain amount to webmoney / yandexMoney / qiwi ... and in the description indicate your email for communication" - is there a chance to get a ban / deletion?
So is it against Google's rules?
