Good afternoon. I am preparing a task for the development of one application. I need to clarify some fundamental points. And I'm not well versed in the rights of applications and services running in the background. And I don’t want to demand fundamentally impossible things in the assignment.
one). Can I control another application from my application? Specifically, you need to run, collapse, deploy.
