And where can I find frequency tables for series of microcircuits?

Good day!
I needed a 65 MHz frequency divider, even better with a built-in multivibrator, but the trouble is everything I found up to 30 MHz. Surely there is no limit. Did you search badly?
Maybe a binary counter is easy to use for generation?
What series of modern microcircuits is it customary to use now?

I remember during my childhood computers were called computers, they looked like a big refrigerator and inside they had boards with K500 series ESL logic chips. If I'm not mistaken, this series worked up to 200 MHz (up to 100 for sure). True, at low frequencies they warmed up notably, but at high frequencies without forced cooling they did not work at all.
Although, most likely, something has changed in 40 years
