And where are the designers now grown?

For example, is there a person where you can take it in Moscow so that at least something comes out of it?
From scratch, term ~2 years.
I worked with designers from britishdesign.ru and the quality did not please me, I don’t know more places.
I understand that habr is not the right place for this question, but there are many different smart people here, suddenly someone will tell you.

It makes no difference in britishdesign.ru, or in England, or at the Russian State University for the Humanities. There is no universal “design factory” that has 100% of graduates as design geniuses. If a person makes efforts for his development, then he will come out as a good designer from almost any university.

If we are talking about graphic design, then I would advise you to do this:
1) go to preparatory courses in the British (or intensive)
2) along the way, start learning the tool - Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign, depending on inclinations; You can study according to Lindov's courses (lynda.com), each program is 50-60 hours of video
3) buy a small library of books; say, typographically it would be Korolkova → Felici → Tschichold → Bringhurst; if he knows English, then Tufty, Rand, Brockmann
4) start working with real clients as early as possible (well, or as close to reality as possible), make your first 100 business cards, posters, websites, interfaces, etc.
5) get an aimag (mainly because of a good monitor), a scanner, a camera, a color printer, writing paper, pencils, liners, etc.
6) subscribe to design communities and blogs (I advise a beginner to abduzeedo.com/ )
The whole process is long, expensive and time consuming, but without this you cannot become a good versatile designer, especially in such a short time.

As far as I know, it is Britanka in Moscow that is famous for the quality of education (British teachers, etc., etc.), moreover, it is the most famous. If the quality of education in it “didn’t please” either, then I think it makes sense to look abroad, they will grow up there with dignity :)

You need to understand from what "zero" people start, and what mindset and inclinations.
If you didn’t draw as a child and didn’t have such an inclination, it’s better not to try - it’s wasting time in vain. And a macaque can be taught how to use Photoshop, but you can become an artist only after spending N-th number of years sitting at a pencil or tablet.

In St. Petersburg, this is certainly the Mukhinskaya Academy. The Department of Communication Design is one of the strongest in Russia for the training of graphic designers. We have several designers from this department in our studio . By the way, interior designers in Mukha, frankly, are rather weak. That's how it happened historically.
