And is mail transferred when changing NS servers when migrating through traffic rules?

What on Yandex, what on Mail.ru, as I understand it, there are two ways to use corporate mail:
1. Create a mail collector and use mail as a client using the storage of letters on the old server
2. Transfer NS records, the so-called Mail for Domain, where then DNS editor will be available. Records for the site, type A and for mail type MX will also be written there.
So, the first option does not suit you, since the old server will be used, and the second option has a very important question:
If the ns of the server is changed, then how will the messages be transferred, because Yandex or Mailru will access the new data, how will they transfer the letters ? In other words, "Delegate the domain to Yandex" - how will Yandex then get through to the messages from the old server to transfer them?
(generally I plan to transfer to mail.ru)

Yandex has a built-in transfer, you specify the login / password from the mailbox and the address of the old server, you can upload the csv file. Will pick up the mail and create an account on your server. The address of the old server must be known in advance, most likely imap.oldserver.ru
