I think that since the game is for android, then you can do it like this? Here it depends more on how you stick to the style. You can draw in a very simplified handpaint, and it will look cute, lamp and cozy. The main thing is that everything should be kept in the same style.
It also depends on how noticeable these windows are (on what plan they are). If you look at GTA cities, then very often all the windows are textured above the first three floors.
And in the end, no one will scold you and not play your game because you made a 2d window, not a 3d window, gameplay is important to people :)
