Android 2.2.2, how to change the start day of the week on the calendar?

Good afternoon everyone!
For the first time in my life I can not cope with the device. Probably getting old.

Device LG Optimus Black, android assembly 2.2.2.
The standard calendar starts the week on Sunday. It seems to be nothing terrible, but terribly annoying!

1. I looked around all the settings of both the calendar and the device - I did not find anything.
2. At the same time, if you install a standard calendar widget, then the week starts on Monday in it, but there are no settings for changing the day of the beginning of the week either.
3. The calendar is synchronized with Google Calendar. On Google, of course, the week is also normal, it starts on Monday.
4. All time zones, geography, etc. installed correctly. That is, the device is located and “lives” in Russia, and not in the states.
5. I don’t want to install other calendar applications (the standard one is completely satisfied), and the widget is inconvenient to use, it occupies a separate screen.
6. The Internet did not give an answer (but I found a bunch of “like-minded people” who have the same problem, but there is no solution on the forums anywhere).
7. The device was bought in Russia, official delivery.

What to do? There is no other way out, except to turn to Habr for help.
Could this be an assembly? Or did LG do something? Or did I miss some settings? Or did you look in the wrong forums?

Thanks in advance!

On HTC Desire, after updating to 2.3.3, the first day in the calendar also went to "Sunday", cured it like this:
Go to the Calendar on any day - Menu - More - Settings - Calendar view - First day of the week (Sunday / Monday).

It probably doesn't depend on the build. I have an optimus with native 2.2.2 - the same garbage. The week always starts on Sunday. So just put another calendar.

It can tear out of the HTC firmware - a calendar (I'm just not sure if LG uses this one).
