Analogue of systemd on hosting?

I used to autorun the script through systemd, but unfortunately it can only be used through root. What is the analogue, or what is the cron error?
@reboot python3 /var/main.py
Nothing happens, well, it appears in crontab, but the script still does not work.

if you need to run the program from root, then you set the appropriate parameters in the system cmistemd.script.
