An interesting resume?

Good afternoon, habrausers.
I began to think about a new job, looked at my old resume, burst into tears and realized that I needed to write a new one, according to all the canons. True, there is one thing, I have a very short work experience (about 5 months, but it is worth saying that this experience is very combative, from the first day I immediately fell into hell) and I chose a path that is very unloved here, namely project management.
This raises the question, how can I interest a potential employer and is there even an opportunity to get into a “cool” company, or is it still worth limiting to incomprehensible, small desks? I would like to focus specifically on “interesting the employer”, because there is very little experience and I want to reach at least the interview stage, where I can already try to prove myself.
PS Maybe someone has tried or someone knows something about how employers \ HR treat "creative" resumes? For example, in the form of infographics or something like that.
PS: Suddenly this is important, you have to look for a new job because of the extremely sad salary.

Experience, experience and once again experience… creativity is not creative…

I don’t want to offend you, but I can hardly imagine what experience you could get in 5 months (even in hell). Career does not tolerate fuss.
If you were allowed to steer, then you are a good, promising young specialist. Gain experience, even for a small salary. I think at least a year or two can be tolerated. Perhaps you will later say a big thank you to your current employer (unless, of course, you had time to quit).

Is it possible to manage projects at the age of 22? Those. there are plenty of theories, and universities produce managerial personnel. But, it seems to me, a person would first have to feel everything from the inside, otherwise what kind of control can there be? Maybe better as an apprentice to someone?

[joke] It always seemed to me that managers draw up resumes in PowerPoint in the form of graphs. [/ joke]
From my experience, the parameter that qualitatively characterizes a manager is the duration of work in companies, loyalty. If a manager works for a company for a long time, then he is a good manager, he will not run away in case of difficulties and will not quarrel with the team or management. And with five months, you need a good explanation why you worked so little, while you should not drive the team to the company, ideally - the completion of the project, the absence of a new one in the same company.

At each interview, from my resume, they made excerpts from experience and knowledge and started to drive it on them. I don’t think that it needs a creative resume, as in principle for any other job, the employer needs ZUN (knowledge, skills, skills), without them there will be any creative resume, it will be empty.

Become an analyst who writes requirements. They go there with minimal experience. From there, go to PM. You can grow up quickly, but with the experience of 5 months, the road is booked for you in the PM. You need at least a year or two.
For the PM, the most important skill is to say without hesitation what he personally did for the project and "where the money comes from, Zin."

no way, the demand for project managers is so big that you can do it without a resume if you know how.

No one is forcing you to go to interviews. The main factors in deciding to take you or not will be your confidence and proactivity.

Hey! Recently, the same set out to make a new summary and decided to make a video. I watched similar videos on YouTube and realized that making a regular video message to potential employers is boring. I decided to approach the issue creatively and with humor. I made a video in the style of the movie "Sin City": www.youtube.com/watch?v=KWOov_LMXZg
The video hangs on YouTube for 5 days, about 700 views. There are no offers yet

AmdY, there was a link to a resume on the superjob site. Removed because some resources refused to post a video with a link to a third-party resource.

The main thing is the fire in the eyes and the willingness to learn! in our startup, we think exactly like this: "you can teach a person to know, but you can't teach desire." so keep going and you will succeed!
