An incremental disk backup is not being restored, what could be the problem?

Good afternoon!
I want to restore drive C: from Acronis archive.
When creating an archive, I accidentally did not pay attention to the fact that archives are made incremental by default and further new archives are created according to a schedule.
Because I only need the first version of the archive, I deleted all other volumes.
Now when restoring, I completely go through the recovery settings wizard. But when I click the final Restore button, nothing happens. Just a white box appears with no messages.
How to fix and recover disk?
I made a backup when installing the system immediately after installing all the drivers, and the next backup after installing the software. The second backup turned out to be incremental and there are problems with it now, but I really need to restore it.
I am using Acronis 2017

Updated to Acronis True Image 2018 22.5.1 Build 10640 and was able to restore the image.
