An example of a good TK/guideline for layout?
I would like to see in the eyes what people who know consider good (complete?) Documentation for layout (if available, of course) of something. Checklist, links to examples and other spells are welcome.

Better TK for a layout designer - a layout. All the same, in this profession there should be a share of creativity and you need to surprise the client with your decisions. If this is not a professional studio from the TOP50 ratings, where really unusual solutions are described, usually all technical requirements come down to items like "thank you, cap". For example - clicking on the hamburger icon should open the mobile menu, slider forward/back arrows should change slides, etc.
According to the criteria - everyone has their own understanding of what is good and bad.
