An analogue of Headhunter (hh.ru) in the USA and Canada (or global)?

I came across the fact that I don’t know an analogue of the hh.ru website for the USA and Canada, where I could post my resume so that employers can find it. Monster.com does not offer. :) Are there any other sites, it is possible in the areas of programming/technical/development, but is it possible for a wider audience? If you know, please share links.
Many thanks in advance,
Alexander

I live in England and use indeed.com / indeed.co.uk, international vacancies often slip through, but I choose to try it in the 15 miles area.
The next one is LinkedIn, there are a bunch of recruiters who will attach you anywhere, as long as you only go through your professional level.
And of course, Angel.co - startups will not be left without work.

indeed.com is the largest aggregator of all vacancies.
dice.com - most of the audience are agents who in turn work for large employers, a very popular IT site here.

The US is clearly dominated by dice.com.
In Canada, this is most likely monster.com, the rest is trifles.
If something is global, then linkedin.com.
By the way, angel.co is also correctly advised, I can add hired.com on my own, but this is all in the case of a work visa, it is unlikely that one of them will do h1b.

For the USA I will say:
linkedin
dice
cybercoders.com Requests
will come from the first, even if there is no resume, but only keywords are indicated)
