AMI Asterisk - not connecting from external location?

Hi friends.
I'm setting up AMI on asterisk, and I can't connect to it from an external location.
Manager settings:

[general]
enabled = yes
port = 5038
bindaddr = 0.0.0.0
displayconnects=no ;only effects 1.6+

[admin]
.....
[dev]
secret = passwOrd
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
permit=0.0.0.0/255.255.255.0
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config,dtmf,reporting,cdr,dialplan,originate
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config,dtmf,reporting,cdr,dialplan,originate
writetimeout = 5000

iptables shows that everything is ok:
[[email protected] asterisk]# netstat -tulpn | grep LISTEN | grep asterisk
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:5038            0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      2117/asterisk
tcp6       0      0 :::8088                 :::*                    LISTEN      2117/asterisk

I don't understand what's wrong. there is a conflict in deny/permit, or the signal does not even reach the AMI. Locally (directly from the server console) it enters AMI, but not from an external computer (my desktop).
