AMD chipset driver: install from the processor manufacturer's website or from the motherboard manufacturer's website?
I am building a computer on a RYZEN 5 3600X processor and an MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX motherboard.
AMD Chipset Drivers on the AMD website: 2.10.13.408, 50 MB, 10/19/2020 ( https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket... ).
AMD Chipset Driver on MSI website: 2.9.28.509, 370.82 MB, 2020-11-09 ( https://ru.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-TOMAHA... ).
Which one to put?

It's very strange, but on the MSI website, the volume of this driver is 370.82 MB, and I click download and 49.1 MB is downloaded. It looks like msi doesn't keep up with updates and doesn't care about the accuracy of the information on their site.
So it's better to download from the amd site, the version is fresher.
The chipset manufacturer is entirely responsible for the chipset, not the motherboard. The chipsets on them all are the same. Therefore, you can safely install from the AMD website.
2nd - more reliable (everything in a single package), 1st option - update after the 2nd.
And, as I understand it, in terms of size - you need to install everything in one package and then update from MSI.
Or look for everything and put it by hand separately.
