PC build based on R7 2700x?

Good day or evening everyone! I'm building a PC based on R7 2700x. I would like to keep within 50,000 - 55,000 rubles.
The PC is supposed to work with virtual machines, which is why such a processor is needed. I would also like it to be suitable for gaming as well.

At the moment I threw something like this:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X BOX
----
Mat. board: GIGABYTE X570 UD
----
Video card: GTX 1650 (I don't know which manufacturer is better to get)
----
RAM: AMD Radeon R9 Gamer Series 8x2gb
----
Cooling: Box cooler. I read that it should be enough.
----
PSU:Available at 450 watts. According to my calculations, it should be enough.
----
SSD: AMD Radeon R5 Series 240gb (Needed only for the system and some other little things. I was afraid that 120 might not be enough, but I think 240 would be enough)
----
HDD: Already available on 1tb.
----
Case: Aerocool Tomahawk-A (Yes, the PSU is on top, but I wanted something nice (to meet my aesthetic needs) and with buttons / usb-shki on top for a small price - up to 2500r.)

This assembly comes out at a price of about 53,000 rubles. The price does not include PSU and HDD.
I would like to hear your opinions on my build. I am sure that there are shortcomings, so I would like to correct them.

@xez

You can save a little on the processor - just take the r7 2700 without X. Immediately, the motherboard can be cheaper on the b450.
RAM should be 32gb. 16 is already not enough, and memory is now worth a penny.
Use the money you save from cpu and mb to buy rx580/gtx1660/gtx1660s.
The manufacturer of the video card is not important.
