Alternatives to Adsense and Director for start-up projects?

I have a financial site that lives on content, calculators and more. There is economics, finance, accounting and all that. The thing is that I've been drinking it quite recently, there are almost no people, so two troubles arose:
1. Adsense. Delivered, it seems to have passed the test, but the banners are not shown. On the forums they write that because of the small number of people. As the main disadvantage - there is no way to contact support, except to write on their forums.
2. Direct. You can’t fit in there if you have less than 500 people, the application was rejected.
And here's the question. I prepared places for advertising, but now there is nothing to fill them with, because there are no people. Well, they are few, maybe 10 a day. Tell me, are there any alternatives to our popular sites? Of course, I would not want to see on my site advertising pisyun or "earn a million while bathing in the bathroom" at the same time.

Unfortunately, almost none. They won’t take you to Direct even if you have more than 500 people, I have a familiar site with 6000 people a day (it’s a normal site) and they didn’t accept it.
As an alternative to pussies, google CPA affiliates and put their code. But with such attendance, it will take a very long time to wait for the first payment.

As an option - aggregators of affiliate programs of large online stores. At this point, how lucky - maybe someone will come in and buy something expensive - you will receive a decent amount, or maybe just enough for a domain and hosting.
