Website ad management systems?
It has its own small network of city portals. All of them are made on Drupal, combined with a multi-site system (that is, one CMS and several databases). Recently, they are increasingly ordering the placement of banners. Prior to that, everything was decided by screwing everything with their hands and hanging a widget in the right place that contained just a JPG or GIF image banner. All this has worked well so far, but it looks very collective-farm. An ad management system is required, in which it would be possible to manage all banners on the entire network of sites through a single interface. Basically, I would like to see the following functionality:
1) We place code on all sites in all the right places where to display Banners and manage all this from a single interface.
2) If the banner is not placed there now, then display something of your own, for example, the Adsense code.
3) Possibility of separate management, site moderators and advertisers. Preferably with your own billing, where advertisers themselves can replenish the account and place a banner, and it is also desirable that only certain sites and functions will be available to certain advertisers.
4) Statistics, of course, where without it. It would certainly be nice if it somehow integrated with Metrica, GA or LiveInternet.
5) Choose possible accounting display. For example, certain banners will take into account the cost per view, and on others just by time (for example, for a month), and on the third - for clicks.
6) Integration with popular CMS. But this is not critical, everything can be easily cut anywhere.
7) Free. Of course, this is not necessary, because if it costs not so much, then you can use some of the paid solutions.
All questions on the toaster are similar, were 3 years ago. Therefore, now something may have already changed in this area and new advertising systems have appeared.

You will hardly find a free and working one (so that it works without errors + without bookmarks).
You either go to freelancers, or google on the topic "teaser network script" (if you are not afraid of bookmarks + you are not afraid to spend N money on adding functionality).
But it is better to turn to freelancers to write a system for you. Even if you find a free version of some script, then you can’t do without doping.
