Dear brothers in misfortune - Internet users with a slow upload!
How do you upload videos to YouTube?
Constant breaks in megabytes at ten.
I tried the Free YouTube Uploader program, I tried the YouTube interface with Java - it doesn't help!
In theory, the new YouTube interface was supposed to help (the resumption of downloading was announced), but in reality it does not work!

I also just tried the technology with Gears - it did not help.

You can upload a file to a remote server (via ftp/scp or something else), and therefore upload it to your phone using code.google.com/p/youtube-upload/
Advantages of the method: globally and reliably
Cons: you need a server with access via ssh

Try the banality - reduce the MTU in the system. It is quite possible that this is the case.
