Is it possible to take game trailers and game letsplay from other channels for dubbing and cutting? Indeed, in the Content ID system it is written:

Here are some examples of materials for which the author cannot have exclusive rights:

- the passage of video games, videos that show software elements, trailers;

Does this mean I can safely build my own channel by dubbing other people's gaming videos without the risk of getting banned?
