Gentlemen, please tell me a reliable alternative to TrueCrypt. It was necessary to store working files on a working computer and a flash drive. I would not want them to be read by someone else on the spot, and in case of loss of the drive, too.
As far as I understand, Trucrypt has been compromised and even previous versions are dangerous to use.
I shall be very grateful for the reasoned help.

FreeOTFE is free, open source, no support.
Rohos Mini Drive, free, open source, There is a paid version with support in Russian even. Windows only
