Alternative mechanism for creating local Windows OS accounts?
Some number of years ago, I came across software (client/server) that replaced the standard mechanism for authorization/creating an account (like AD - on a local computer that is in AD, there is no account for the user, but when logging in for the first time on an arbitrary a profile is created on the computer (although the acc is already in AD).) This software was installed on a computer (computers outside the domain) as a client and replaced the standard Windows authorization mechanism, i.e. there is no user account on the computer, but when entering a login / password, the software automatically created a local account and transferred the account. data to your server, the next time the password was checked from the server. In fact, a simplified analogue of AD authorization - admin, on a network without a domain, does not create accounts on computers - they are created automatically, it only sets options for checking / creating an account. I remember there were clients for different bases - mysql, NTLM and something else. Does anyone know what the name of this software is?
