Almost all the buttons on the keyboard have failed, what could be the reason?

The situation is this: Most of the keys on the keyboard of the laptop
SAMSUNG NP300E7Z-S01, 17.3", Intel Core i3 2350M, 2.3GHz, 4GB, 500GB, nVidia GeForce GT 520MX - 1024 MB, DVD-RW, Windows 7, silver [np300e7z-s01ru] have failed ].
What could be the matter and what diagnostic actions can be taken?
IMHO, are these hardware or software errors, or just dusty?

Did you spill anything on your laptop?
You can also check the loop.

Boot from LiveUSB Ubuntu and check the keys in it. If they don’t work there either, carefully turn it off, close it and bring it to the nearest Samsung SC.
Either a cable, or flooded, or some other damage to the keyboard.
