All RAM is full. This is fine?

Hello Toasters. That's the question. I have an Android prefix made in Belarus (although I'm not sure about it :D). I have a constant problem of crashing from any browser when loading resource-intensive sites or videos on the site. Interestingly, out of all the RAM (1GB), only 70 from the strength is free.

Interestingly, the manufacturer indicated the amount of RAM is only 512 MB, as other applications see. however, AIDA64 says otherwise, although the application menu is the same.

As far as I know, a small amount of RAM affects the performance of the set-top box. Although I have a smartphone in my family even with 512 MB of operating system, but there is even about 200 MB free there.
Either the firmware is a curve, or the filling, or I'm wrong.
Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you have a lot of background processes running, manufacturers are fans of stuffing their shitty software that then it’s impossible to work.
As for the RAM, only God knows, since the Chinese, for example, replace something there with a miracle, so that a sharp pack for $ 20 will show in antutu No. 1 from the top.
It is also possible that the firmware is curved, choose for yourself with a minimum of built-in plush, including a minimum of everything from Google, he plows everything in the background, and it’s not really eating
Yes, and 512 is already not enough, 1GB is still the norm
