Akelpad (test editor) only uses 50% of CPU - why?

akelpad, if it processes large amounts of data on the server, it only loads the processor by 50%. Why? how to make it work 100%?
The screenshot showed approximately a graph of 50% - the fact that the increase is due to the fact that the screenshot was taken. always 50% load - how to fix it? maybe you need to download another version for the server or what can you recommend?
