How to implement automatic determination of the age rating of the text?

The site is connected to Google AdSense, but they do not allow 18+ content.
99% of the content is available only after registration and is in correspondence between users, so Google sees only what is available to everyone. Occasionally there is 18+ content that I would like to automatically hide.
Are there any word processing systems that can help with this?
Perhaps a simple blacklist of words will suffice, but then the question is where to find it.
