Ajax and widget, how to combine woocomerce?

In which part of the widget should I add add_action('wp_ajax_nopriv_deliveryCallback', 'delivey_callback_ajax');
To create this action? Is it possible to use ajax in widgets at all?
I need to create a delivery calculation widget, I enter from where and where to deliver, I press the calculate button and it displays the cost.
