Is it possible to somehow get a list of all users of a telegram group using the AIOgram library?
If so, how?

Get a database (postgres, mysql, ...) and write down each user there after he clicks on start.
When it comes to "I wonder who and who uses my bot? .." you can simply make a request to the database
