My PyTelegramBotAPI has crashed, is this the case for everyone?

All my python bots have crashed. I read the logs on heroku, there seems to be no error, but in telegram bots do not respond to commands, buttons, and so on. Could it be a telegram issue? Check if bots are not working for you either.
