Aggressive reminder?
You need some aggressive reminder program for linux (ubuntu) to remind yourself of some things - get up to shake the press, run a cross, go to the pool or just turn off the computer and take a walk :) At the same time, behaving aggressively, and not just closed and forgot :)

I'm satisfied with the standard functionality that Gnome's built-in "break" has: dimming the screen with the inscription "Take a break" and the ability to delay for a minute if it is very necessary.
And then you will spend more time scoring what you need to be reminded of.
No no no! If you need a reminder to work your abs, go out for a walk, etc., then until you understand this yourself, no reminder will help!
In general, for small needs, I also use the Gnomovsky "break"
