After turning off the computer due to a power outage, noise appeared. The speakers themselves are in order, I checked it on another device. I reinstalled the driver, but it didn't help. What to do?

Noise depends on some actions on the computer? I had to buy a sound card in order not to listen to "moving the mouse" in the headphones.
