Why did I buy a new video card and start freezing my computer?

Good afternoon,
I'll start from the beginning, I bought components a year ago, I thought about waiting for the 30th line and, in order to wait and not buy a video card, I decided to buy a percent with a triple and a Ryzen pro 5 4650g. As we already know, it was very problematic to buy cards later. But finally a couple of days ago I was able to get my hands on a Zotac 3070 ti holo card.
I inserted it into the computer and tested Fur mark, everything is fine, then I started playing toys and the most important and incomprehensible problems for me began. The sound started to disappear. When it makes a sound similar to the sound when you put a 3.5 Jack into the jack and you hear such a gritty sound, then it goes out completely, then again you hear this gritty sound and the sound appears.
It feeds for 0.2-1.2 seconds, then it appears along with the sound, the picture freezes at times, the frequency is different, but I noticed that when Discord is turned on and someone starts talking in it, or I start it, it feeds more often (on average every minute 1-3 it makes it impossible to play, because when the sound is played, it also gives the opportunity to say something into the microphone.
I sinned on the driver, reinstalled it already 2 times, then just in case I updated the BIOS to the motherboard and that didn’t help either, I changed the port on the card (it used to be in HDMI then Display port) didn’t help either, I checked the load of the card at the time of lags, the load is small 30-50 percent depending on the game.
Everything worked fine on the integrated graphics, there were no lags.
Any help would be grateful

@xez

I would dig towards the sound.
1. Try to reinstall your sound driver.
2. Try to turn off the sound (via BIOS).
