After switching to c apache, nginx does not work. What could be the problem?

Good afternoon, I can’t understand why, after transferring the service from Apache to Nginx, work arose in the process of displaying information on the page using the foreach construct, it gives the error "Notice: Undefined variable: val in /var/www/officeWork.local/application/views/incoming/ list.php on line 36" while the data is there, as shown by the working example above with a normal for loop.
