After receiving the decoded DVB-S, DVB-S2 signal, is the video stream transmitted unchanged?

Hello.
Who knows the DVB-S, DVB-S2 specification, tell me one thing.
There are:
1) Satellite dish
2) Digital satellite receiver (TV set-top box)
3) A TV connected via HDMI

TV set-top box receives an encoded signal, decrypts it, but what happens next I would like to know briefly.
I want to understand the following point:
1) whether the set-top box separates the video stream separately, the audio stream separately (or even several audio tracks), the subtitles separately and already gluing everything into one stream transmits via HDMI to the TV.
2) or after decoding the received signal, the stream (video + audio + subtitles) is transmitted unchanged via HDMI to the TV?

@webmaster

Of course decodes and collects. TV will not understand MPEG stream via HDMI. But to give separate audio tracks, you need professional equipment.
