Good afternoon, there is a computer on it windows 10 pro. It has RDP and FTP configured. After the admin is authorized in the Microsoft account, it is no longer possible to log in under his name, but all other users work. What is the problem? Has anyone encountered this?

The issue is resolved: The password has changed from local to the one on the microsoft account.
