Hello! There is a Wordpress site hosted https://fastvps.ru/. To access the site, I was given the host's IP address, username, and password so that I could edit the site's files. However, for some reason I can't do anything with the files - don't edit, change permissions, don't upload; only reading. For any changes, I receive an FTP response code of 550. The site itself is working. What are the possible reasons for such an error?

No rights to create/write/modify files. The solution to the problem is a request to technical support, since only they can fix the problem.

most likely problems with the rights to the file, most likely not even the rights, but the owner and group
