Affiliate. To be or not to be?

I have a question for connoisseurs and participants of various affiliate programs.
And a question for users, read to clients, owners of sites that generate income directly from visitors who pay for a product or service.
We have a paid system of communication with visitors.
And we can't decide if we need an affiliate program or not.

It is clear that we somehow drive our costs into the price.
Now the price is very competitive, in short, there is no better offer on the market.
It's clear that customers like it, and we have constant growth and all that.
But it just so happened that initially we slightly missed the price and it is lower than necessary for normal operation.

In any case, we are going to increase it by adding (or not adding) additional partner deductions to it.
But it turns out that if we add them, then we get out of the threshold of a price that is tasty for the client.
But we do it nicely for partners who don't have one yet, we have several hundred clients and not a single partner :-)
Although it's probably not entirely successful parterka that we had to blame.
We paid 50% of any first payment.
Not everyone likes it, as it turns out.
Now we want to give 10% for a limited period, but not less than a year, but it seems that this is not enough,
and giving 30% really spoils the whole picture for those who come on their own.

Prices from 500 rubles per month (roughly), and without an affiliate program, of course, cheaper.

So.
Affiliate is a myth, does it even work?
Or is it necessary to give 50% for the entire period and then there will be happiness for us and them?
But a fool understands that any interest will be buried in the price.

For reference, now the price is 320 rubles. (with NG it will be higher).
Without affiliate programs: ~380-420
With affiliate program 5% ~500-540
With affiliate program 10% ~580-620

Obviously, the first option is the most delicious for the client himself.
The second one is no longer so interesting and the partner program in it is small.
The third one already looks more expensive than some competitors, and the affiliate program is also not sugar.

If partners are a myth and there is zero sense from them, why should clients suffer?

Affiliate program is a great thing and works (our niche is budget smart home systems).
Webmasters - write articles about us, reviews - they are interested in creating high-quality content.
Send us customers and take their%. in our country - indicators for search engines are growing -
ratings are growing - the number of direct sales is also increasing.
Of course, we choose who we work with.
And we send offers of cooperation to the owners of thematic resources .
ps
With an average transaction amount of 9k rubles - we give 10%

I have an online store. I am currently replenishing his assortment and will program an affiliate program for him. Will I raise prices? No! Will I pay partners? Yes!
How?
1. I wind up 50% of the purchase on all goods. If I bought a product for 1000 rubles, then in the store I will put it up for 1500. - 500 rubles is my profit.
2. Suppose an affiliate program is 10%, then with every 1500 I will give 150, in total I will have only 350 profit.
3. Due to the affiliate program, I will have a lot of traffic to the site, where the price is competitive (because everyone winds up at least two ends, or even 3-4, but I only have 50%)
4. Due to turnover, I will earn more than any competitors with their 5 ends. Let them sell 1 product per month and think that they have earned, but I will make a little bit the same amount per day (for example)
5. I remain in profit, the partner receives money, I remain competitive (my price is favorable relative to others) and my site has a lot of traffic thanks to partners. win-win situation!
Clause 4 to consider conditionally *
Think not about how much to wind up, but about what to give away from your money, but to increase turnover.
It's like an advertisement. You invest in advertising, but it gives you a return and, as a result, more profit than working without it. Business in Russia will be terrible as long as everyone only wants to receive, not invest.
I advise you to do approximately the same as I will do, and such marketing will be beneficial to everyone, including you.

Pull the rope at both ends: conquer the market with super-low prices (relevant if more than half can compare) and give royalties to partners.
A good breeding ground for affiliate marketing is the non-linear cost of scaling a business.
You offered a price of 100 rubles, the partner receives 30%, the order traffic has increased from 10 to 1000.
An important question will be how much it costs to process 1000 customers?
And how critical are 30,000 rubles of deductions with a turnover of 100,000.
Figures and counting, otherwise it’s ballet. Take the rope and pull customers :)

Of course have. You can also conclude agreements with the largest, as well as thematic, affiliate program aggregators (CPA). To begin with, if I were you, I would conduct a test for a period of three months.
