Admission to Innopolis?

I am a first-year student (Information Systems and Technologies), I recently learned about Innopolis, now I want to try to transfer there from the second year. I would like to know more about admission, is there really such a tough selection and how difficult is the English language test and the programming competition? It will be very good if a student of Innopolis unsubscribes (admission experience, selection, study).
