Will learning linear algebra help in a high school algebra course?
Now I study at school. I have been studying linear algebra for more than a month now, I have no problems learning it. Will it be easier to do school algebra after studying linear algebra? Or is it even better to study it at a university?

If the teacher is not very good, it will be worse. there is a high probability "I did not teach this, we did not go through it."
As a goal to broaden one's horizons and start to delve into vyshmat, it is more useful than to help in the school curriculum.
Most likely not, but it's worth looking at what this very linear algebra has to do with vectors, lines and planes in 2D and 3D. This will be important in your future proger life.
The school algebra course is 90% linear (ok, it consisted when and where I studied), so yes, it will become easier.
Whether it's worth it is a different question, since the school is simple and ends quickly, and at the university, linal is usually found in few places after the first year.
All school algebra is linear, so, of course, it will be easier later. If you want to teach, but do not forget that the holidays are ending.
If you like learning algebra, study it. And at the university, wish mate was much easier for me than a school algebra course
