Administrator part of the site. With what library to write?

I'm doing an internship. The mentor set us the task of writing the administrative part of the site. The choice provided React, Angular, Angular2. It should probably be taken into account that we never worked with these libraries. A hundred side of the server you need to use WebApi. I compare these libraries, and to be honest, I don’t know which one to choose. Tell me which one to choose, for a purely beginner in js.

For the Angular admin panel, this is it. In fact, everything you need is already included.
I have already made several projects (just an admin panel) on Angular 1 and was satisfied.
Now we are looking at Angular 2. I think we will do a new project on it.

React is simpler and lighter. Angular is already the next level

Ideally, use Angular 2, because version 1 is outdated.
