It helps only changing the password in the snap. Moreover, that users themselves set a password for themselves, which I set for them without the need to change it at the next. login.
The computers are all different, in different offices, the accounts are also in different OUs and with different policies

what is the error? Wrong log/pass or something else?
use Netwrix Account Lockout Examiner - it will show the reason

Check which account they log in to and change passwords - local or domain,
the flair tells them that they are in the local one.
