ActiveSync settings for Outlook.com

There is a relatively old Samsung S7200 phone that supports ActiveSync.
There is a desire to connect it to the Outlook.com service (where I have a mailbox) to synchronize contacts and calendar.
The problem is that when setting up the phone according to the manuals, both found on the Internet and from the Microsoft website (m.outlook.com server, login and password are the same as in the outlook.com service), the phone is not synchronized, beating off from an unidentified mistake.
One could assume that there are incorrect settings or an incomplete client on the phone, but the strange thing is that when checking the connection parameters on the site www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/error "401 Unauthorized HTTP response received from remote server Unknown". This usually occurs as a result of an error in the username and password. If you're trying to sign in to an Office 365 service, make sure you're using the fully qualified user principal name (UPN).". Nevertheless, with this combination of login and password, I successfully log in to the site.
Help, please, to overcome this, incomprehensible to me, problem.

It worked for me as m.hotmail.com mail server. login from live.ru account plus password to it. neither on m.live.ru nor everything else. try it the way I did and check the settings, maybe outlook.com is an alias.
