Given: Windows Server 2012 R2 DC MAK key. Is it possible to activate AVMA 2008 version of the server under 2012 Windows with hyper-v?
Is it possible to achieve automatic deployment of the OS from pre-prepared images?

there are different keys for different OS versions, so you can’t activate version 2008 with the key from 2012, you can deploy the image, but you need to go through the activation again
