Activate a WordPress template?

Hello.
Faced such a glitch.
Installed the template on the VP. Activated it.
It turned on and everything works fine.
But in the admin panel it hangs as not activated, when you hover, the "Activate" button appears
How to fix it? Who faced?

You have problems with cms itself, if the site is new, then transfer to the latest version (from off site) and install it on a new one, or update the wp version.
