What engine would you recommend for a corporate blog (news portal)?

There is a desire to deploy a news portal on the network (more precisely, to replace those that are chaotically used). Primary requirements:

• Free
  
• AD integration
  
• Flexible article markup (ideally something similar to the tags of any wiki engine). implied writing relatively detailed entries
  
• Support for @mentions and #meta tags inside news (articles)
  
• Flexible notification system (you can choose how often and on what events to notify). The notification option is not critical (basic "email" is enough)
  
• Display news for groups (members of group "one" will not see the news for group "two")
  
• Comment module
