Acer Aspire One (ZG5), BIOS, bad firmware?

Model Acer ZG5 (AOA 150).
Several times I had to reset the BIOS through disaster recovery (a known issue with this model). The BIOS version remained 3114 on any image.
I decided to update the BIOS via DOS (FreeDos) to the latest available version 3310 (was 3114). I launched the firmware through 3310.BAT, the firmware started, I moved away from the laptop, after a while it turned off. Upon my return, I found him in a state of brick (absolutely unresponsive to external stimuli).
The battery is in good condition, it was connected to the network, it has no serious modifications (upgraded the disk and the memory bar). He hasn't had any problems lately. Maintenance is carried out regularly.
Before I go to thematic resources on netbooks in this series, I wanted to ask for advice here from those who have had a similar experience. What should be done in this situation for this model?

Solder the flash, take the firmware file and bring it to the service for the firmware in the programmer.
They won't take much money, I take $1.
As an option, if the boot remained alive.
1. Download the latest firmware ftp.acer-euro.com/netbook/aspire_one_110/bios
2. Format the flash drive to FAT.
3. Copy the contents of the folder in the archive to a USB flash drive.
4. Rename the *.fd file to ZG5IA32.FD
5. With the flash drive connected, press Fn + ESC, and without releasing Power
6. When the Power indicator blinks, press Power again. Reading from the flash drive should start. Power will stop flashing.
7. Just wait, about a minute. When the firmware is finished, the display will turn on and ask you to remove all removable media.
Just take a flash drive for 512 or gig
