Accessing a specific Windows Server 2008 guest folder in Virtualbox?

There is a Win7 host, there is a Windows Server 2008 guest. The question is, how to access the guest's files? Let me explain, there is a site on the guest room that needs to be edited and finished from the outside. FTP, Samba doesn't matter. Tried setting up FTP. I forwarded the ports like this:



You can see the site from the LAN, but I can’t connect via FTP. It comes to LIST and I get an error that the list of directories was not received.

Where to dig, how to get there? Thanks in advance!

what does netstat say on the host for port 21?
Try changing the forwarded "Host Port" from 21 to arbitrary above 1024

Add TCP port 20 to the rules. this is FTP-DATA
