A couple of days ago, when I went to the resource, I saw a message that they were terminating my access to their resources. It became interesting whether it is somehow related to SIPA / PIPA or not.

New books, by the way, appear there nonetheless.
There is a suspicion that only free accounts were cut off

Books appear, but IMHO it does not mean anything. I asked about paid accounts, got the answer that the project is closing altogether:
“Hello,
Our project is under closing. Sorry."
